Crew Concept is an educational platform focused on STEM learning through drone technology and the rapidly growing sport of Drone Soccer. Their educational kits introduce students to drone assembly, programming, piloting, and maintenance while developing practical engineering, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Designed for schools, universities, and educational institutions, the kits provide a hands-on introduction to aviation technology in an engaging and competitive format.

The goal was to design a functional and modular packaging system for the Drone Soccer educational kit. The package needed to accommodate a wide range of components, including the drone, controller, protective drone ball, tools, spare parts, and educational materials, while keeping every element secure, organized, and easy to access. Since the kits are frequently transported and used in educational environments, durability and long-term usability were equally important. Another key challenge was optimizing the packaging dimensions to reduce shipping and storage costs without compromising protection, usability, or the overall product experience.

The packaging was designed as a modular system that keeps all kit components organized, protected, and easy to use. Custom-designed compartments provide a dedicated space for the drone, controller, drone ball, tools, spare parts, and educational materials, allowing users to quickly access and return each element after use.
Built for frequent handling in educational environments, the structure supports repeated opening, transportation, and storage without compromising functionality. Visually, the design is centred around a stylized drone ball illustration that became the key graphic element of the packaging. A distinctive purple colour palette, technical illustrations, and a clear typographic hierarchy create a recognizable identity while making product information easy to understand.
