
Orqa FPV.Ace is an educational drone training kit developed to introduce students to the fundamentals of FPV technology and drone piloting. Structured as a three-part learning journey consisting of a controller, drone, and FPV goggles, the system allows users to progressively build skills while gaining hands-on experience with modern aviation technology.
The packaging needed to support the educational structure of the product while remaining intuitive and engaging for both students and educators. Since the kit is divided into three learning chapters, each package had to function independently while also working as part of a cohesive system. The challenge was to create a clear and accessible experience that simplified onboarding, encouraged exploration, and made complex technology approachable for first-time users.
The packaging system was designed around the three learning stages of the FPV.Ace program, creating a clear visual and structural connection between the controller, drone, and FPV goggles. Each box was developed to work both as an individual product package and as part of a larger educational system.
The visual design focuses on clarity and product recognition, using a restrained layout that places the hardware at the centre of communication. Inside, custom compartments organize the components and tools required for assembly, helping users quickly identify and access each element. By combining clear product presentation with a structured unboxing experience, the packaging supports the learning process while making advanced drone technology more approachable for new users.
